Delivery

Some items are held in stock but most of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 5 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.

If you require an item urgently for a special date or event, please contact me with your order number at hello@gemmagough.com, and I will do my very best to accommodate your requirements.

All orders are sent using UK Royal Mail signed for services and a signature is required.

Postage - £6.50

It is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure you are there to sign for delivery of the goods. You must supply a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, I cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.

Packaging

Your jewellery will be packaged safely and secure in a Gemma Gough jewellery box and delivered in a bubble wrapped envelope.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform me of your intention to return goods in a written email to hello@gemmagough.com

All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund.

Any goods that have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.

If you change your mind about ordering a tailor-made piece, please inform me of your cancellation in writing via email to hello@gemmagough.com. The cancellation period is 7 days from your order date.
